Razed in Black (RiB) is an electronic music act created by Romell Regulacion (vocals, keyboards, guitars)& is supported in live performances by band members Chris Nelson and Raj Kapololu. [1] The band was formed in Hawaii in 1994, and signed to Cleopatra Records. RiB’s music combines elements of industrial, synth-pop, darkwave, and hardcore techno. Mostly an underground act, RiB have had songs featured on television shows like Homicide: Life on the Street, in movies, & in videogames. [2]
Regulacion has also released albums and songs under the names DJ RiB, DJ SkOOBY[2], & Transmutator.

Nachdem sich Sänger und Texter Alexander „Alexx Wesselsky 2003 wegen künstlerischer Differenzen von der Band Megaherz trennte (welche er 1993 ins Leben gerufen hatte), gründete er zusammen mit DJ und Ex-Mitglied von Megaherz Noel Pix (alias Jochen Seibert) die Band Eisbrecher. Aufsehen erregte die Band mit ihrem Debütalbum Eisbrecher, weil sie als Anreiz für das Kopieren des Albums zwei CD-Rohlinge beilegte. Das Ziel ihrer Aktion war, gegen die Kriminalisierung der Endverbraucher durch die Musikindustrie zu protestieren.[2]

Im Sommer 2006 veröffentlichte Eisbrecher zwei neue Singles und das zweite Album Antikörper. Das Album erreichte Platz 85 der deutschen Albumcharts.[1] Im November verließen Gitarrist Felix und Bassist Miguel die Band, als Ersatz kamen Martin Motnik, der unter anderem auch bei Gregg Bissonette und Darkseed als Bassist aktiv ist, sowie Jürgen Plangger, Sänger der Band A_liFe(DivideD).

Anfang Juli 2008 verließ Bassist Martin Motnik wegen eines Umzugs nach Kalifornien die Band. Nachfolger wurde Olli Pohl, ebenfalls Ex-Mitglied von Megaherz. Am 22. August 2008 erschien das dritte Studioalbum der Band, Sünde, welches in der ersten Woche nach der Veröffentlichung auf Platz 18 der deutschen Albumcharts von Media Control stieg.

Alexander „Alexx Wesselsky und Noel Pix bezeichnen den Klang, den sie mit Eisbrecher erzeugen, selbst als „Elektronischen Trip-Rock. Sie versuchen, harte Gitarrensounds durch kraftvolle Elektroklänge zu ersetzen. Oft werden sie von der Presse als Rammstein-Doppelgänger bezeichnet. Sie werden der Neuen Deutschen Härte zugeordnet

Industriegebiet is an one-man Industrial..Noize project from M i mo from Germany and exists since 2005. Ater the first noize album “west” in 2005 Industriegebiet released their new album “Hodenkapsel” in october 2008, wich is a little kind more of Industrial. Our Körperschall remix Sampler together with Ellipse “Ellipse vs. Insustriegebiet” with remixacts like Acylum, Soman, Novastorm, Frequenzgänger, Mechanical Moth and sinthetic squad reached after a start on rank 9 in the german alternanive charts rank 4 at top. We had never reckon with such a response. In November and December there were a few samplercds where we were included. In September 2008 we released our video “sex mit einer Leiche” in the internet. Live we are M i mo (livesynhs) and Ö (Edrum and guitar). Ö joined Industriegebiet 2008. Now we are working on our liveset to get you as fast as possible
