The first ever film clip that has been released by Australian darkwave band IKON, for the song ‘A Line on a Dark Day’. Directed and produced by Jason Chave, and filmed on location at the Old Convent, St Arnaud, Victoria, Australia. Honest answer: Not really. EBM is really a sub genre that petered out directly after it was born….I mean, Front 242 and Nitzer Ebb are good stuff, but I still need to be in a "mood" to want to listen to them.

These are pretty much the forefathers of the genre…and it’s pretty much downhill/descent into gothwank from there….with one exception:

Haujobb, particularly their album Solutions for a Small Planet, which only managed to be good because of breaking with EBM traditions…I’ll list a few examples from that album here:
