A Question for the Rivetheads?

How would you define:

a) Industrial music.

b) EBM music.

c) The differences between industrial and electro.

A. Slashing guitar riffs, lyrics, changes in tempo.

B. pounding beats, samples, noize, and or chants,

C. Electro would be a bit more pop or indie sounding, certainly dance-like. Industrial would be more closer to stomping and throwing your body to the beat.

    I’m not a rivethead, but I love industrial

    a) avant-garde electronics experiments
    b) electronic body music – characterized with heavy synth bass minimilistic beats and shouting. modern EBM tends to be terrible and adds elements of trance.
    c) I can’t be bothered.
